  • Teach brain activity changes when we approach our fears, create a hierarchy (brave ladder) of feared situations, Teach relaxation techniques (abdominal breathing, guided imagery, retreating).

      • Not allowing stuttering to dictate your decisions
      • Giving control back to student
      • Building resilience
      • Good for goal setting
      • Student builds confidence and is proud of their accomplishments
